Millet Idli


  1. 1 cup of any millet’
  2. 3/4th cup urad dal
  3. For garnishing – carrots, coriander, and mint leaves.


  1. Soak millets and urad dal for 6 hours and grind with little water and salt to it.
  2. Use banana leaves small piece while pouring the batter to idli plate to get that rustic flavor.
  3. Steam idlis for 15 min and then enjoy with your favorite chutney.
