● 2 Tbsp Gulkand
● 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
● ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
● ¼ Cup Butter
● ½ Tsp Baking Powder
● 3-4 Tsp Milk
● White Compound chocolate
● Rose petals
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and
1/4 cup of butter. Mix them well until the mixture looks crumbly.
3. Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder to the mixture and mix again.
4. Now, add 2 tbsp of Gulkand to the mixture. You can adjust the amount of
Gulkand according to your preference.
5. Add 3-4 tsp of milk and mix all the ingredients together until the dough forms.
6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to form a thin sheet. Cut the dough into
thin sticks like pieces.
7. Place the sticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in
the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
8. Once the sticks are baked, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
9. Melt some white compound chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
10. Dip each stick into the melted white compound chocolate, making sure to coat it
11. Garnish the chocolate-coated Gulkand Pocky sticks with rose petals.
12. Let the chocolate coating set and cool completely before serving.
