Baked Paneer Tikka with Indic Spices

  1. Fresh paneer – 200 gms
  2. Curd – 1/2 cup
  3. Salt – 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  5. Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
  6. Red Chilly Powder – 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
  8. Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp
  9. Tandoori Masala – 1 tbsp


  1. In a bowl mix 1/2 Cup Curd, 2tbsp salt, 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste and half a lime.
  2. Then, add, 1 tbsp each of Turmeric Powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, Tandoori Masala, and mix well.
  3. Add the Paneer Cubes and cut veggies to this marinade.
  4. Keep this marinated for 30-45 minutes.
  5. Before baking, preheat the oven and Brush oil on the tray.
  6. In a bamboo stick, place paneer and the veggies alternatively. The tikkas are ready to be baked.
  7. Place the tikkas on the tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Roast it slightly on the gas flame for getting the charred effect.

Serve with Chutney!
